Slicing into a blood orange is almost as exciting as eating it. They are juicy and sweet, never mind drop-dead gorgeous and mouth-watering pretty. Somehow their natural beauty reminds me that winter will not last forever. Loaded with vitamin C, vitamin E, fibre and antioxidants; all that energy must be spinning around in my veins…I am feeling the love, bye bye winter blues.
